LEISURE TIME is a project halfway between a documentary and landscape photography that reflects on leisure spaces and the landscapes derived from them, as well as the behaviours that society adopts at certain periods in relation to these particular spaces.
This project’s main point of reflection lies in landscapes of recreation and in these kinds of apparent contradictions between what is objectively extravagant and massive at the same time: in the strangeness of everything that is conventional, in the naturalisation of all that is rare and in how the holiday related context and its landscapes become a paradigmatic location of these socially generalised phenomena.
